Our story
Me Go Crafts began as a simple idea: make creative projects accessible to every household, classroom and community space in Australia.
Why we exist
We believe that making things by hand is one of the fastest ways to build confidence, patience and creative problem-solving. Whether you are five or fifty-five, there is something powerful about turning a plain sheet of paper, a cardboard box or a handful of recycled scraps into something you are proud to show off.
Me Go Crafts is an independent educational resource. We do not sell kits, run ads or gate content behind logins. Our job is to publish clear, honest tutorials that help you start a project, finish it and learn something along the way.
What you will find here
- Step-by-step DIY craft tutorials for kids, teens and adults
- Paper craft projects including cards, origami and printable templates
- Recycled and cardboard crafts that reuse everyday packaging
- Seasonal ideas for Christmas, Easter, Halloween, Mother's Day and more
- Beginner-friendly guides with material lists and time estimates
Who it is for
Parents looking for rainy-day activities. Teachers planning classroom art projects. Teens who want to decorate their space. Adults who miss the satisfaction of making something with their hands. If any of those sound like you, you are in the right place.
Australian by design
Our seasonal content follows the Australian calendar and school terms. We use metric measurements where possible and suggest materials that are easy to find locally. While crafters from anywhere are welcome, this site is built with Australian families and educators in mind.
What guides us
- Clarity over cleverness — every tutorial should be easy to follow
- Accessibility — crafts should not require expensive tools
- Sustainability — we celebrate recycled and upcycled materials
- Joy — the process matters as much as the finished piece
